Using Unyielding armor is another favorite of bloodied builds, your SPECIAL (other then Endurance) is increased the lower your health. Its a build type that tends to inflict the highest amount of damage. The downside is of course you're at risk of dying.

Crits are most probably much better from Railway due to all going through ballistic, not split with energy, so base is much higher. I wouldn't recommend it for rifleman for daily runner.
