This will let the air bubbles / steam to escape the head, just like in the factory GM setup. The lower radiator hose (pics posted later in this thread) is a part number I found on here, Gates 22310. Works perfectly.

So before you put your radiator in, you can go ahead and connect your heater hoses up. There are a few ways to do this, but this is how I did it in mine.
