There is no way to deselect the .Net install portion of the installer. If you choose express or custom you get a greyed out box with .Net being selected. the problem is it starts the install and then goes to grab .Net and fails ... My Dymo Labelwriter 450 is offline. I have used it successfully on this system in the recent past. Per one of the posts on your site, I unplugged it and deleted it from the printer list on Windows 10 and hen I plugged it in did not get the promissed prompt to reinstall the driver.
