WebMay 12, 2013 · It's very clear evidence to an auditor (who most likely has minimal technical knowledge and would prefer to see an account with a big red X next to it, than to see a search window in AD showing no results for a user name in a domain) that an account has been closed, when you can see it disabled, in the leavers OU, not a member of any group.
